We can’t wait for your Shrivya Jewell to arrive — here’s how to follow it every step of the way.

Where’s my tracking number?

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Simply click the link in that email to see your parcel’s live status. If you have an account, you can also view your order status under your account.

Tip: If you can’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder, and add our email address to your contacts so future updates land in your inbox.

When will my order arrive?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to lovingly prepare and pack your order.
  • Australia Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

You can find full delivery details and rates on our Shipping Policy page. Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $100.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please allow a little extra time during sale periods and holidays, as carriers can be busier than usual. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, get in touch and we’ll chase it up for you straight away.
