Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days with standard shipping, or 1–3 business days with express shipping. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@shrivyajewell.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

• Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals
• Store in the provided jewellery box when not wearing
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

Will the gold plating fade?

With proper care, our gold-plated pieces maintain their lustre beautifully. Avoid contact with water, chemicals, and sweat to extend the life of the plating.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Earrings and personalised pieces are non-returnable. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
