Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely in love with your Shrivya Jewell purchase, we are here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@shrivyajewell.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original Shrivya Jewell packaging
  4. Send the item to our returns address provided via email
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please email us to discuss your exchange request.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
